About StarRise

Help every business be the answer

Buyers now ask AI who to choose, and AI names a few businesses and stops. We build StarRise so any business, from a local clinic to a national brand, can see where it stands in those answers and do something about it.

Why we built it

We wanted to know why AI names some businesses and not others

Buyers had started asking AI assistants who to hire, and the answers named a handful of firms and stopped. We wanted to know whether our own business was in those answers, and why or why not.

We could find tools that tracked whether a brand appeared. We couldn't find one that told us why we were missing, what to fix first, or whether the fix worked. So we built the full loop: discover, diagnose, prescribe, execute and measure.

We also priced it so a local business can afford it. Short AI answers hurt small businesses first, and they should be able to check where they stand for free.

We use StarRise on our own company, the same way you will.

What we believe

Every business deserves to know what AI says about it, and what to change.

Find the gap. Fix it. Prove it worked.

Principles

The rules we hold ourselves to

These shape every screen in the product and every claim on this site.

Honest numbers

If we can't stand behind a number, we don't show it.

On paid plans every question is asked three times per engine, so one odd answer can't swing your score.

Estimates vs results

Projected is the plan. Measured is the proof.

We label every estimate as one, then re-run and report what actually changed.

Two kinds of visibility

Mentioned is being known. Cited is being trusted.

Only verified citations count toward your score. Nothing inflates the headline.

Show the evidence

Prompt Explorer shows every raw AI answer behind every number. Trust the data, not us.

Measure what buyers see

Alongside the official APIs, we check the consumer ChatGPT app and Google AI Overviews, because the app and the API don't always agree.

Compare like with like

Each re-run asks the same questions on the same engines, so a change is measured fairly. We never promise ranks or dates.
